This project was done as part of lollypop design studio, we were approached by Byzaar founders, to help them realize their vision for Saudi Arabia’s first group buy e-commerce app.
I worked with a small team - UX - Shubham, and I as the UI lead to help design an e-com application that would make group buying as accessible as it could be, mainly targeting the UAE region, the project spanned over two months in 2020, the main goal was to map out the structure for the app and to gamify the experience to make it a social buying experience.
The clients already had a logo and a color palette with dominating purple color. We tried to gamify the app and not overdo it, since it was at the MVP stage.
The logo and colors were defined by the clients, they were further extended to give a more soft modern look.

Byzaar's main goal was to make e-com very social; so referrals, coupons, badges, and sharing deals took the center stage while crafting the app
Badges meant more than just collection, also was beneficial for the end-users
Clients came to us with just an idea & we worked together to make it a reality with clear structure and visual design, right now it's under further design phase about to go to development.
